Cookie Policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
In short: the emaintenance.gr website does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies, which is why no consent banner is shown.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Under Article 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006 (Directive 2002/58/EC), only cookies strictly necessary for a service you requested may be used without consent. All others (analytics, advertising) require prior consent.
2. The emaintenance.gr website
- We set no cookies.
- We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or any other analytics or advertising tool.
- Fonts, Bootstrap and jQuery are served from our own server, not from third parties (e.g. Google Fonts or CDNs).
- Social media links are plain links. They do not load buttons or content that could set third-party cookies.
3. The eMaintenance platform
The eMaintenance web application, where our customers' users sign in, uses only strictly necessary browser storage:
| Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in token (local storage) | Keeps the user signed in | Until sign-out or expiry |
| Preferences (local storage) | Language, selected hotel, display settings | Until cleared by the user |
| Service worker / cache | Running as an app (PWA) and push notifications, if the user enables them | Until uninstalled |
Because they are necessary for the service the user requests, they do not require consent. Push notifications are enabled only after the browser asks the user.
4. Changes
If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent before setting them and update this page.
5. Managing storage in your browser
You can delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings. Doing so on the eMaintenance platform will sign you out.
