These terms govern the use of the emaintenance.gr website. Customers' use of the eMaintenance platform is governed by a separate service agreement.

1. Provider

2. Content

The content is for information only and is not a binding offer. Features, prices and availability of the platform are set out in each quote or agreement. We take care that the content is accurate but do not guarantee that it is always complete or up to date.

3. Intellectual property

Texts, graphics, logos, screenshots and software of the website and the eMaintenance platform belong to the provider or are used under licence, and are protected by Greek Law 2121/1993 and international law. Reproduction, modification or commercial use without written permission is not allowed. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

4. Use of the website

You agree not to use the website or the contact form for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited messages, or to harm its operation.

The website contains links to third-party websites (e.g. social networks). We do not control their content or privacy policies and are not responsible for them.

6. Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the website, or for interruptions due to maintenance or technical problems. Liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence is not limited.

7. Personal data

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Rhodes have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms. The version published on this page applies.
